All arrangements are handcrafted using fresh flowers that are subject to seasonal and market availability.

Because floral inventory changes regularly, certain flowers, colors, wrapping materials, ribbons, or containers may occasionally be substituted with products of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall aesthetic and style of the arrangement.

GIFTEDFLWR reserves the right to make substitutions without prior notice when necessary.

Please note that flowers are natural products and variations in bloom size, color tones, shape, and longevity may occur.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on our website are in USD and are subject to change without notice.

Full payment is required before any order is processed, prepared, shipped, or delivered.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity, unauthorized transactions, pricing errors, or misuse of promotions or discounts.

4. Order Processing & Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and recipient information at checkout.

GIFTEDFLWR is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Missing apartment or gate information
  • Recipient unavailability
  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Traffic or unforeseen circumstances outside of our control

Delivery times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated.

Once an order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, responsibility transfers to the customer and/or recipient.

5. Delivery Verification & Fraud Prevention

To protect both GIFTEDFLWR and our customers from fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to request additional verification for certain orders.

  • PIN verification upon delivery

For local deliveries, recipients may be required to provide a delivery PIN or verification code at the time of handoff.

GIFTEDFLWR also reserves the right to photograph orders during pickup or delivery for proof of fulfillment, quality assurance, and fraud prevention purposes. These images may include the arrangement, packaging, delivery setup, or handoff confirmation.

Failure to provide requested verification information may result in delayed, canceled, or refused orders at our discretion.

6. Refunds, Returns & Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all sales are final.

GIFTEDFLWR does not offer refunds, cancellations, or returns once an order has been fulfilled, prepared, or delivered.

However, customer satisfaction is important to us. If your arrangement arrives damaged or significantly below our quality standards, you must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery or pickup.

To review your concern, customers must provide:

  • Clear photos of the arrangement
  • Order name or order number
  • A brief explanation of the issue

If approved by our team, we may offer a one-time replacement bouquet of equal value. Replacement decisions are made solely at the discretion of GIFTEDFLWR.

Requests submitted outside of the 24–48 hour timeframe or concerns based solely on personal preference may be denied.

All content on this website, including logos, branding, product names, photographs, graphics, designs, text, and creative materials, are the property of GIFTEDFLWR and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
