Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the arrangement. Approved claims qualify for an exchange of equal value only. We do not offer refunds. Any concerns reported after 48 hours are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery
Deliveries are completed within the selected delivery time window. If a delay occurs, the customer will be notified.
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the arrangement may be left unattended at the delivery location at the driver’s discretion. Once delivered, the order becomes the responsibility of the recipient.
Please ensure the delivery address is correct. GiftedFlwr is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If re-delivery is required, additional delivery fees will apply.
Flower Care
Your flowers have traveled to reach you, so it’s important to place them in fresh water as soon as possible.
If you notice any flat or slightly drooping petals, they will naturally perk up in room-temperature water with the included flower food. If a petal appears bruised from transit, simply remove it — the arrangement is not damaged.
Remove any foliage that sits below the waterline to keep the water clean and fresh.
Trim the stems at a 45-degree angle before placing them in water to allow the flowers to hydrate properly. For longer-lasting blooms, replace the water and re-trim the stems every 2–3 days.
With proper care, your arrangement will maintain its beauty and freshness.
